Η FSB ισχυρίζεται ότι Ουκρανοί κατάσκοποι εμφανίζονται ως υπάλληλοι της αμερικανικής RAND για να στρατολογήσουν Ρώσους πολίτες

Η ρωσική υπηρεσία ασφαλείας FSB κατηγόρησε σήμερα τις ουκρανικές υπηρεσίες πληροφοριών ότι μέλη της επιχειρούν να στρατολογήσουν Ρώσους πολίτες και να αποκτήσουν στρατιωτικές πληροφορίες εμφανιζόμενοι ως υπάλληλοι του αμερικανικού μη κυβερνητικού think tank RAND.

«Η FSB έχει λάβει πληροφορίες για εκπροσώπους των ουκρανικών ειδικών υπηρεσιών που χρησιμοποιούν ως κάλυψη τη σημαντική αμερικανική RAND Corporation για ενέργειες στρατολόγησης στο έδαφος της Ρωσικής Ομοσπονδίας και για εξασφάλιση περιορισμένων πληροφοριών για την ειδική στρατιωτική επιχείρηση της Ρωσικής Ομοσπονδίας στην Ουκρανία», μετέδωσε το κρατικό πρακτορείο ειδήσεων RIA.

Η RAND είναι ήδη απαγορευμένη στη Ρωσία και θεωρείται «ανεπιθύμητη οργάνωση». Το Reuters ζήτησε από τη RAND να σχολιάσει. Από την ουκρανική πλευρά δεν υπήρξε άμεσο σχόλιο.
